I am Diego Zietek. I have run paid media for more than 14 years across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta and LinkedIn, and every account taken on through this site is run by me personally, from the first audit to the monthly report.

Experience

Brands I've worked on

Fourteen years and more across agency, in-house and freelance roles have put me inside accounts with very different economics: subscription software such as Intuit QuickBooks, Skillshare and Pontomais, international consumer brands such as Shell, Timberland and Amazon Prime, a home services business in Houston, and organisations in telecoms, education, healthcare and online retail. Through Underscore Marketing, a US agency, I also worked on oncology, rare disease and gene therapy brands.

Brands Diego Zietek has worked on: Shell, Timberland, Intuit QuickBooks, Mission AC & Plumbing, Amazon Prime, Skillshare, Regus, TIM, Pontomais, Bluecore, TradingWorks, Underscore Marketing, PUCPR, Grupo Marista, Clinipam (Grupo NotreDame Intermédica), Forza JMalucelli, PneusAqui, Joias VIP, Éclairé and Trutek

What carries over to your account is pattern recognition: how a trial-to-paid funnel differs from a lead form, which conversions each business can actually measure, and where spend usually leaks.

What a UK client can expect

  • The same person throughout. Whoever you speak to on the first call is the person working in your account every week.
  • A flat fee in pounds. Never a slice of your media, so advising a lower budget costs me nothing.
  • Everything built in your accounts. Google Ads, GA4, Tag Manager and Meta stay in your name. Stop whenever you like and keep all of it.
  • Landing pages and tracking in scope. In lead generation, that is usually where the waste is, not in the bids.
  • Consent done properly. Consent Mode v2 and a banner that genuinely holds marketing tags back until a visitor agrees, which UK advertisers need for remarketing and audience features.
  • Reports written for the person paying. Cost per qualified enquiry, what changed and why, rather than a page of click counts.
  • A short client list. Kept deliberately small so each account gets proper attention.

Why a separate site for the UK

This site is the UK entrance to one practice. Diwizi.com goes deep by industry and publishes the research; googleadsfreelancer.com serves American businesses looking for a freelance Google Ads specialist. This one is for UK and Irish businesses that want prices in pounds, the VAT position set out plainly and a consultant who plans around UK hours. Whichever site you arrive through, the account is run by the same person.

What is published, and what is not

Four engagements are written up on the results page, each with its limits: a Houston HVAC and plumbing business, Pontomais (a Brazilian HR software startup), one of the largest private school groups in Brazil, and a freelance role with Underscore Marketing, a US pharmaceutical agency. Several years of senior in-house paid media work in healthcare are part of the experience and are deliberately left out: no employer name, budget or result from that work appears on this site.

Questions people ask before hiring

Can you work with a UK limited company or a sole trader?

Yes. The engagement is a short services agreement covering scope, the monthly fee in pounds, a notice period and confidentiality. There is no minimum term.

How is VAT handled?

Quotes are ex VAT. Because I supply services from outside the UK, the reverse charge normally applies and you account for the VAT in your own return. The invoice states the treatment clearly.

What about UK GDPR and cookie consent?

Tracking is set up with Consent Mode v2 and a consent banner that really does block marketing tags until the visitor agrees. If you already use a consent platform, I work with it rather than replace it.

Are you an agency?

No. Diwizi is a consultancy with one consultant. When a project needs a designer or a developer, I bring in a named person for that piece of work and tell you who it is.

Does the time difference get in the way?

Rarely. Most of the work is done in writing and does not need a meeting. Calls are booked ahead, usually in the UK morning, and written replies come within one working day.

Tell me about the account

Spend band, site and what is not working. You get a straight answer on whether I can help, what I would do first and a price range. No proposal deck, no sales follow-up sequence.

Monthly ad spend, roughly
One reply, from me, usually within a working day. No sequence.
